Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Call us to return or exhange an item to obtain a "Return Authorization". We are happy to work with you on returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase if the item has not been used and is in brand new condition.

We guarantee our product against manufacturers defects. We can guarantee the lamination, but not the tree(wood)! We do not guarantee against damage caused by improper use or skateboards run over by cars.
